Who we are and agreement
This website and TayamVerse Gurukul are operated by TayamVerse, Pune, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website, enrolling in a course or using the Gurukul, you agree to these Terms, the Risk Disclosure, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Students aged 16–17 may join only with a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
We may decline or cancel an admission at our discretion, with a refund of any unused fees.
Your account
Your TayamVerse ID is personal. Keep your password secret and do not share your login. One account may be active on one device at a time; logging in elsewhere signs out the other device.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
Courses, live classes and indicators
Courses are taught live online. Classes are not recorded and recordings are not provided. Schedules may change; we will tell you in the Gurukul and on WhatsApp. If we cancel a class we will reschedule it.
Indicator access included with a course (1 month with the Basic Course, 3 months with the Envest Course, counted from the day access is given) is a personal, non-transferable, revocable license. It ends when the stated period ends unless extended. It is given to one TradingView username that belongs to you alone; it cannot be shared with or used by anyone else, and the username cannot be changed without our approval. Sharing access ends it without a refund.
Course content, materials, indicators, names and branding are the intellectual property of TayamVerse and are protected by copyright and trade-mark law.
What you must not do
Record, photograph, screenshot, copy, re-broadcast, sell or share any class, material, indicator or content, or let anyone else use your access.
Post or share stock tips, calls, targets, paid-group links or promotions in the Satsang group or any TayamVerse channel, or claim to speak for TayamVerse.
Harass, abuse or mislead other students; post unlawful, hateful or offensive content; or try to break, scrape or overload our systems.
Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or permanent removal without refund, and may lead to legal action.
Education, not advice
Everything we provide is education. We do not give investment advice or recommendations (see the Risk Disclosure). You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and their results.
Payments and pricing
Prices are in Indian rupees and are final, all-inclusive prices. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your card details. An invoice is issued for every payment.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date; continuing to use our services means you accept it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction, and all hearings will be held in Pune.
