We do not provide investment advice, research reports, stock recommendations, buy/sell/hold calls, entry or exit levels, targets, stop-loss levels, tips or portfolio management, whether in classes, mentoring, doubt sessions, the Satsang group, WhatsApp, social media or any other channel.

TayamVerse is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or a Research Analyst. Nothing we publish or say is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and nothing should be read as one.

Every decision to trade or invest is yours alone. Please consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before making investment decisions.

In line with SEBI’s circular of 8 May 2026 (effective 1 July 2026), any stock-price data we use for teaching is at least 30 days old. We never use live or recent prices to teach.

We do not name or show securities (including through code names, tickers or screen sharing) in any way that suggests a future price movement, advice or a trading recommendation. Charts are used only to explain concepts.
