TayamVerse sells online education services only. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

Right after a successful payment you receive your TayamVerse Gurukul login on screen, by email and on WhatsApp.

Live classes are held online on Microsoft Teams on the dates shown for your batch. Class links appear in the Gurukul before each session.

Indicator access is added to your TradingView username within 24 hours of payment.

Your invoice is available in the Gurukul (Account) immediately after payment.

If you have paid but have not received your login within 2 hours, contact us: email tayamverse@gmail.com, phone +91 90759 21215, Instagram @tayamverse. We will resolve it the same working day.

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our Grievance Officer is Riteish Jawale, Founder, TayamVerse, reachable at tayamverse@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

Complaints about a SEBI-regulated intermediary (such as your broker) can also be filed on SEBI SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in) or through the SMART ODR portal (smartodr.in).
